      Hi,
	I support the letter, but have a minor wording change:

that the number of parking spaces dedicated
         ^ change to "fraction"
to car share vehicles should be significantly increased.

In fact, the TWG believes that an increase in the number of spaces
                                                  ^ fraction
dedicated to car shares shouldbe added to the legislation instead of
amending the by right from .5 to .75 per unit.

What is "by right"?  Can you change it or put in parentheses what
it means (e.g., "minimum number of parking spaces").
