[Transpo] reminder - Transpo meeting on Tuesday, 7-9

Hi, Reminder - this month's Transpo meeting is on Tuesday from 7-9. Dave Snyder is expected to stop by from 7:45-8:30. The plan is to finalize endorsement language for presentation to the GM on the MTA charter ammendment(s).
