Hello Everyone, JMC and I were the only people who attended the meeting tonight and we accomplished a lot. We are planning two events as follows in the minutes: TWG Meeting; October 25, 2005 Present: Sue Vaughan, JMC Agenda: 1) Mid-Market we decided to work on an event to build a campaign for the Green Partys transportation desires for Mid-Market. It will be an open discussion, led by Tom R., Dave Snyder, Leah Shahum, Emily Drennen, Angelica, Jazzi, Dave Wilbur, April Veneracion, and people from SFPO (to be recommended by Christina Olague, Bruce Wolfe, etc.) Lets let Dave Snyder (hes Green) be the lead on transportation. Invite Chris Daly. December 10, 3 to 5 p.m. in Green Party office. Plan campaign to lobby the supervisors for what we want -- based on the letter already adopted by the TWG, HLU and GM. 2) Another showing of The End of Suburbia at the Bazaar, Tuesday, November 29. a) check with owner -- Sue b) check with Jake and Ross (Matt G as an alternate) -- Sue c) JMC hauls equipment from GP office d) Christine and Sue outreach (if you have the time Christine) e) JMC -- makes pitch for donations 3) Adoption of letter from the Coalition for Transit Justice (in previous e-mail). Bruce Wolfe has agreed to be on the board representing the GP, if he gets chosen. Another thing -- can we all get each other's phone numbers? Mine is: 668-3119.
