* "Red State" San Francisco Mime Troupe's Satirical Summer Opening: July 4-6; 1:30 p.m., Free (donations)
Dolores Park, 18th & Dolores Streets
It's Election Day in America and, due to an Electoral College tie, the entire Presidential Election comes down to the one small town called Bluebird, Kansas, the one district that -- due to a voting machine glitch -- didn't report any results.

Green volunteers will be there by 1 p.m. collecting signatures for candidates Mark Sanchez, Bruce Wolfe and Cindy Sheehan. Look for the Green Party and Mark Sanchez for Supervisor banners.

Palmer House Hilton, 7 East Monroe St.
Chicago Symphony Center, 220 S. Michigan Ave.
Most Workshops will be conducted at the Palmer House for a couple of days of give-and-take learning. The National Nominating Convention will select the Green Party candidate for the 2008 Presidential Election on Sunday, July 13.
