Dear Greens,

    The People's Campaign organizing meeting this past Monday had
great turnout!  Thanks to everybody who made it.  Please save
the date for the next meeting, currently planned for February 17
and 6:30 pm.

    The Green Party's previous gubernatorial candidate, Laura Wells,
will speak of behalf of Jill Stein at two panel discussions/ debates
organized by Socialist Action tonight and tomorrow night.  Jill Stein
is currently one of five candidates seeking the Green Party's
Presidential nomination for 2016.  Details are below:

Run for the Green County Council!

The SFGP County Council is up for election in the primary this June.
Yes, members of our County Council, like all political parties, are
elected.  Women, people of color, LGBT persons, and people with
disabilities are strongly encouraged to run.

If you're interested in running, the deadline is March 11.  You can
pick up nomination papers at the Department of Elections in City Hall.
