Just want to inquire about organizing the tabling events. Do we already have a specific person doing the coordinating and planning? I’d like to help out onsite with tabling, but I’d also like to reach out to newly-registered GP members to recruit for the events. We spoke of something similar in last month’s monthly general meeting. Is it possible to get the data file of newish GP members into an Excel file? I’d be willing to call some of these folks. It would be good if we could get a few people to help with this. The purpose of the calls would be: (1) welcome them to SFGP and (2) invite them to volunteer at the tabling events/tell them about other volunteer opportunities. What do you all think?
