* Eco-feminist Workshop: Saturday, March 29, 7-9 p.m.
SF Green Party Office, 1028A Howard St.
Representatives of the Portland Animal Defense League, Rising Tide North America and Stumptown Earth First! will present a two-hour workshop on radical eco-feminism and environmental ethics. Eco-feminism is the social movement that regards the oppression of women and nature as interconnected.  The presentation is interactive and provides plenty of time for discussion. 

* "Stone Soup" Luncheon Lecture Featuring Daniel Ellsberg: Sunday, March 30, Noon until 2 p.m.
First Unitarian Church of San Francisco, 1187 Franklin St. (at Geary) 
Doors open at noon; if hungry, bring a snack or purchase a light vegetarian lunch at 12:15 for $4. Lecture starts at 12:45.  Event is co-sponsored by the World Community Advocates of San Francisco Unitarians and the War and Law League (warandlaw.org), featuring Pentagon Papers whistleblower Daniel Ellsberg, speaking on war and peace to commemorate the 5th anniversary of the Iraqi invasion. * Animal Advocacy Working Group Meeting:  Thursday, April 3, 7 p.m. (meeting starts at 7:30)

The Animal Advocacy Working Group of the San Francisco Green Party (AWG) is involved in animal issues in San Francisco, enables animal activists to make the legislature at City Hall aware of these issues and influences them to pass laws that protect animals.  All activists are welcome.  Arrive at 7 p.m. to order dinner, or 7:30 p.m. for the official meeting.  To find us, look for the table with the greeting card or picture showing three wolf pups.

* KPFA/Pacifica News & Views Crisis Forum: Sunday, April 6, 12-4 p.m., Free (donations welcomed)
North Berkeley Senior Center, 1901 Hearst Ave. @ MLK, (close to downtown Berkeley BART, ACTransit buses 15, 43, 51)
Wheelchair Accessible; Food available at the forum.
The Fair Elections Committee presents a program that offers listeners, staff and YOU to join in small-group discussions on the divisive issues confronting KPFA/Pacifica.

* Green Apple Earth Day Event in GGP:  Sunday, April 20, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Join us for tabling at the Green Apple Earth Day event in Speedway Meadow in Golden Gate Park. We will be setting up about 10 a.m. and breaking down anywhere from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. If you can spend any time with us, that would be wonderful.
