Hi,
I can't make the meeting tonight; please go ahead and have
it without me, or postpone it if you prefer. We still need to
do the 2nd reading of the Locals bylaws at the GM, but I think that's
the only pressing issue. You could move forward on the quorum or
other issues, though.
