[SFGP Rules] can't make it next week

Hello, I cannot make it to next week's meeting as I am taping a show, and will not be out of the studio until about 8 p.m. And then I told Jodie at the Bike Coalition that I would help her clean up after the SFBC event at the LGBT Center, which is just up the street from the studio. Also, it looks like I might be out of the state for the first week of June when have our next scheduled meeting. [SFGP Rules] SFGP bylaws and policies

I've attached the current version of the SFGP bylaws, and also all the SFGP policies I'm aware of. These were previously kept on our "beta test" website, but since all changes to that aside from the initial template were lost, I had to restore these from my notes, saved email, and minutes. Please email me any corrections as well as any evidence (e.g., notes, minutes) to support changes. Can somebody replace the bylaws currently on our website with this version?
